Who We Are

The Oroville Southside Community Improvement Association (OSCIA) is dedicated to being a Haven of Hope for all individuals. Our mission centers around serving communities by providing programs and services focused on education, employment, and economic development.

Our initiatives include the Haven of Hope on Wheels, 3HP – Haven of Hope Housing Project, the Southside Community Center, and the Haven of Hope Family Resource Center. OSCIA aims to uplift and empower communities through a spirit of servitude and a commitment to positive change.
