Rental Information

The Southside Oroville Community Center provides a spacious multi-purpose room, small conference room and beautiful grounds in a setting that sits on top of a hill with a view of the surrounding mountains. All three spaces are available to rent and offer commercial kitchen accessibility, audio-visual equipment, the use of tables and chairs, access to restrooms and ample parking to help you have a successful event.

Multi-Purpose Room

The multi-purpose room features a space that comfortably accommodates 300 people. Its bright, neutral and clean interior provides the perfect backdrop for fundraisers, wedding receptions, award ceremonies or other large events. The room can be transformed to reflect the look and feel of your event and will be sure to have guests raving about an enjoyable experience.

  • Platform Stage (1-1/2' high off ground) & Clear Podium also available

 

Monday - Thursday

Weekday Rates are Monday - Thursday:

  • 1-4 Hours: $450 (does not include kitchen use; separate fee)

  • 5-8 Hours: $850 (does not include kitchen use; separate fee)

  • 8+ Hours: $1,200 (The Kitchen is included in this price for FREE)

Friday - Sunday

Weekend Rates are Friday - Sunday:

 

  • 1-4 Hours: $600 (does not include kitchen use; separate fee)

  • 5-8 Hours: $1,200 (does not include kitchen use; separate fee)

  • 8+ Hours: $1,600 (The Kitchen is included in this price for FREE)
